Cancellation Policy

We recognise that there are times when a booking may need to be cancelled. Therefore, all reservations cancelled 4 days or more from arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged. For reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival date the full cost of your first nights stay may be charged.

Damage and Breakages

To maintain our high standards The Lindsay Guest House reserves the right to charge for any missing, damaged or soiled items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include a cost for loss of business.
