The lobby has two steps into the guest lounge, which is spacious and is equipped with T.V. and video with comfortable seating along with adequate lighting.
Lounge to dinning room is level through dividing door, dinning room is spacious and well equipped {T.V. etc.}.
Dinning room to staircase is level through dividing door, there are 14 steps to the half landing where there is a bathroom with bath, shower, W,C. and wash hand basin, again spacicious and well equipped with full length bath and thermostatically controlled shower unit.
There are 6 steps from half landing to first floor landing where the en-suite bedrooms are located on one level. The bedrooms are all very spacious and well equipped with L.C.D. T.V., radio, alarm clocks, hair dryers, and full complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are fully centrally heated with fully adjustable controls on each radiator.
All en-suite are spacious with shower cubicles W.C. and hand basin, all the shower units are high quality thermostatically controlled units.
The guest house is well lit throughout, and in the event of mains failure emergency lights are located throughout the entire building .
There is also a modern {intelligent} fire alarm system in operation covering all areas of the guest house including bedrooms.
